Cancellation Policy

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and worry-free experience, please review the following rental policies. Security Deposit A refundable security deposit is required for all inflatable rentals: Seating Packages (Movie Chairs & Bean Bags): $75 Bounce Houses & Carnival Booths: $100 Obstacle Courses & Combo Units: $150 Water Slides: $200 Outdoor Movie Theater Packages: $250 Large Event Packages: Quoted individually Deposits are held (not charged) and refunded within 3–5 business days after equipment is inspected and returned clean and undamaged. Repair or replacement costs exceeding the deposit remain the renter's responsibility. Setup & Breakdown Please allow a 2-hour setup window before your event and a 1-hour breakdown window afterward. These windows are complimentary and do not reduce your contracted rental time. Required Event Attendants For the safety of all guests, Bounce Houses, Water Slides, Obstacle Courses, and other large inflatable attractions require one (1) or two (2) trained PhotoChe Events attendants per inflatable, depending on the attraction's size and manufacturer safety guidelines. Your estimate will always include any required attendant fees before booking. Outdoor Movie Theater packages, Inflatable Movie Chairs, and Bean Bag Lounges do not require PhotoChe attendants. Overtime 15-60 minutes: $75 Equipment Care & Safety Shoes, food, drinks, gum, silly string, face paint, markers, pets, and sharp objects are prohibited on inflatables. Equipment may not be operated during rain, lightning, or sustained winds exceeding 20 MPH. PhotoChe Events reserves the right to suspend operation if conditions become unsafe. Cancellations & Rescheduling All bookings are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed. If you need to change your event date, PhotoChe Events will gladly transfer your reservation (1 time only) to a new date at no additional charge, provided: The request is made prior to your scheduled event date. The requested rental equipment is available on the new date. The rescheduled event takes place within 6 months of the original event date. If the requested equipment is unavailable on your preferred rescheduled date, your original reservation and deposit will remain forfeited. Power Requirements Clients must provide a grounded electrical outlet within 100 feet of each powered unit. Generator rentals are available for an additional fee.
