Through professional workshops, we focus on key areas such as classroom management, effective curriculum delivery, and enhancing student engagement to create a positive and productive learning atmosphere so that educators can help students obtain that "aha!" moment we yearn for them. The program also offers personalized coaching sessions tailored to each educator’s needs, helping to refine their teaching techniques and achieve measurable improvements in student outcomes.

He provides after-school tutoring programs and offers ongoing math tutorials on YouTube, making learning accessible to students everywhere.

Andre Williams is a highly accomplished educator and administrator, bringing over 15 years of leadership and instructional expertise to PhotoChé Events’ Teacher Development and Coaching Program. With an academic foundation, Andre holds a Doctorate of Education in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment from Walden University, where his research focuses on middle school science teachers’ experiences implementing inquiry-based instruction. He also possesses a Master of Science in Education and Teacher Leadership, an Intermediate Administrator Certification, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Microbiology and Public Health.

Andre’s career highlights include serving as a Principal and Academic Dean at the Bronx Charter School for Excellence, where he spearheaded curriculum development, implemented state-aligned academic standards, and provided actionable feedback to educators. He has extensive experience as an Instructional Coach and Education Consultant, conducting professional development workshops, coaching teachers in curriculum alignment, and improving classroom strategies.

Andre is certified in Elementary Education (Grades 1-6) and holds an Intermediate Administrator License (092) in Connecticut. His proven track record includes increasing state test scores through strategic teacher development and instructional support.
With expertise in classroom management, curriculum design, and student engagement, Andre’s leadership is a cornerstone of PhotoChé Events’ mission to empower educators and enhance learning outcomes.
